B- Processing Time

DESIGN and PRINT: I design your product in 2 business day, and the next day I ship. I need 1-2 business days if you add extra personalization.
DELIVERY: USA: 3-5 business days. INTERNATIONAL: 7-14 business days. If you need a rush package, please choose express shipping options.
* Holiday Sessions: I’ll need extra time for design and printing.
* Weekends Order: I design on Monday :)

To preserve the print for longer, wash it inside out.
Use cold water when washing.

If I made a mistake, I’d exchange your sweatshirt/hoodies. If you want to exchange your item, you must ship the item back and pay for the shipping charge for us to send you the replacement. We will not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders or undergarments.

If your item is returned to me because of the wrong address you entered, I’ll reship it if you pay the shipping price.
